1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Grocery Items: Due to the perishable nature of groceries, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Home Appliances and Household Items: Eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used grocery items.
- Personal care products.
- Items without original packaging or tags.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

- If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.
4. Shipping for Returns and Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or offer a store credit.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
